- Escape Penang is open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- What to bring: Proper swimwear, Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, Towel & spare clothing, Trainers or sports shoes, Comfortable light clothing suitable for sports activities.
- Visitors are encouraged to read the Park Rules, clearly visible at the park entrance, and expected to abide by them. Failure to read the Park Rules does not absolve the guest of responsibility.
- Free entry for children below 3 years old. Children ticket aged 4-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Super Kid (61-100+) are free entrance. seniors aged 61+ must be accompanied by a paying guest and present a valid MyKad to enter free of charge. Those not holding a MyKad need to purchase an adult ticket to enter the park.

FAQ
ESCAPE Penang is located in Teluk Bahang, about 30–40 minutes by car from George Town. The easiest way to get there is by renting a car or e-hailing. You can also take the Rapid Penang Bus 101 from Weld Quay (Jetty) or KOMTAR, which stops right near the entrance. If you're not from Penang and is looking for a mode of transportation, renting a car is recommended to get to ESCAPE Penang.
To make the most of your visit, plan to spend at least 4-6 hours at the park. Many visitors stay for the full day to enjoy both the Adventureplay and Waterplay zones, especially since the park is packed with activities.
Wear comfortable sportswear or swimwear depending on the activities you plan to enjoy. Proper swimwear is compulasory for Waterplay. Regular t-shirts, jerseys, jackets, pants and shirts are not allowed. Bring a change of clothes, towel, water bottle, and sunblock.
Yes, ESCAPE Penang is designed for all ages. There are kid-friendly zones like Zoom Bug, AK Splash and Tots Poolfor young children. Each activity is clearly marked with safety and age guidelines. However, if you're a parents or a guardian, do make sure to be at close proximity of your children at all times.
It’s highly recommended to book your tickets online in advance to secure your preferred date and enjoy better rates. Walk-in tickets are available but may be limited during peak seasons.
Go on weekdays and arrive early (by 10am) to avoid long queues and make the most of the activities. The park operates in all weather, but early mornings are best to beat both the sun and the crowd.
