Yes, we provide free airport pickup and drop-off services at Penang International Airport (PIA) for added convenience. There will be a one-way fee for drop-off locations other than the airport. We also offer flexible pickup and drop-off locations within Penang. Additional fees may apply depending on the distance.

Can I rent a car for a one-way trip outside of Penang?

No, our rentals are only available for use within Penang. The car must be returned to the designated drop-off location in Penang as per the rental agreement.

What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

Contact our emergency support team immediately. If necessary, inform the local authorities and your insurance provider. We will assist with roadside support and further instructions.

What happens if I return the car late?

A grace period of 45 minutes is allowed. After that, additional charges may apply, usually calculated based on hourly or full-day rates.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

No, all prices are transparent. However, additional charges may apply for optional add-ons, late returns, extra mileage, or damages not covered by insurance.
