How do I redeem the ticket?

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-ticket or voucher by email/WhatsApp. Just show this at the attraction entrance or ticketing counter (either printed or on your phone). Some attractions may also require scanning a QR code. Don’t worry, all details will be included in your ticket.
Important note: For certain attractions, you’ll receive a separate ticket (different from the booking confirmation). This will be sent to you on your visit date or one day before. If you don’t receive any ticket after making payment, kindly contact our Customer Experience Team and we’ll assist right away.
